Returns and Exchanges

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Yes, you can. Still, you have to return the item and place a new order. Please refer to the Return Policy here.
RETURNS

We do believe that you will be happy and satisfied with our products. But if for some reason, an item does not fully meet your expectations, or you wish to exchange it for another size, you may return it for exchange or a full refund, within thirty (30) days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging. Delivery date evidence should also be enclosed.

Please mind that Customized products are non-refundable and they can not be returned and exchanged unless there is a warranty issue. As we value our customers’ satisfaction, in case it is needed, we may make relevant corrections to customized products.

Returns process:

  • Contact us with a return/exchange request at aloha@alooppa.com. Please provide proof of the date of the order receipt.
  • If eligible, you will be provided with an authorization number that allows you to return the order. The cost of shipping the product back is non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the product, and if it meets the return policy requirements, we will proceed with the refund/exchange. If the conditions listed above have not been fulfilled, you will be informed. In such a case you will be allowed to have the item(s) returned to you.
  • Any refunds will be issued to the card/account used for the initial payment. The refund process can take about 10-14 days from the receipt of the goods.
  • Any exchanges are made following our standard delivery terms. Exchanges delivery costs are non-refundable.
